1A		Inspection: Monday, August 16th from 9am - 4pm. Items are located at 3020 South Tejon Street, Englewood. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids.
1B		This auction has staggered ending times. The first 2 items will close at 2pm on Tuesday, August 17th. The lots will close at the rate of 2 lots each minute. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.
1C		Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing time will remain open as long as there is active bidding.
1D		Buyers' Premium: Buyers' Premium: There will be a 13% buyers' premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)
1E		Payment: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleChek, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at 3020 South Tejon Street on Wednesday, August 18th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
1F		Removal: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility during the following times: Wednesday, August 18th & Thursday, August 19th from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Items are located at 3020 South Tejon Street, Englewood. No Forklift will be available for loading.
