 | Buyers' Premium: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% reduction in the BP is available, see payment terms). The buyers premium will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

 | Payment: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks subject to approval by TeleChek, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken on May 1st & 2nd from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.

 | Removal: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility on May 1st & 2nd from 8:15am - 4:45pm. There may be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up within the scheduled removal dates.

 | Helpful Hints: This auction will close at a rate of 3 lots per minute. Below you will find some hints/tips that will help you keep up. - Place a bid now on any and every lot that you have interest in even if it's at the $2.50 starting bid. Although this may not be a reasonable bid when it comes to the ending price it will sell at it, it enables you to click on the 'Review Bids' button at the bottom of the page, once logged in, to view those lots on which you've placed prior bids. This will enable you to view only the lots you are interested in.
- Once the auction begins to close (1pm on 4/30/13) you will see an 'Open Items' link at the top of the page. This is an important feature many people don't notice. Clicking on this link will enable you to have the system only show those lots which have not yet closed including those that are in extended bidding. This will help in those situations that you're bidding on a lot that's in extended bidding and future lots you have interest in are beginning to close. They will be shown much closer together using this Open Items feature. Just a note, this will also refresh your screen.
- Using maximum bids is another way to help stay on top of your bids. Using the maximum bid column allows the system to bid for you at the next bid amount without you needing to monitor the auction.
- Grouped Ending: You'll notice on some of our auctions that certain lots will show up as a GROUP. All lots within this group must have a period of 3 minutes of inactivity before any item in the group will close. This is done to give the buyers the ability to choose which of the assets they prefer and bid on that one without losing the opportunity to bid on their 2nd choice, 3rd choice, etc.
