INSPECTION: May 3rd - May 8th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Ft Collins. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' Premium will be added to the high bids to determine the selling price. This will be added to the purchase price and is subject to all applicable sales taxes.
INTERNET BIDDING: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online at www.rollerauction.com
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will only be taken at Roller Auctions office in Denver or online via credit card. NO payments will be taken at the auction location in Ft Collins.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 10th through May 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Free Loading onto your trucks & trailers during the scheduled removal times.
