This auction has staggered ending times. The first 2 lots will close at 10:00am on May 21st. 2 lots will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will be online only.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% reduction is available - see payment terms)

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Payments will be taken at the auction location in Colorado Springs on May 22nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 22nd, May 23rd or May 24th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. A forklift will only be available to aid in loading on the first day of removal (May 22nd). If you are going to require assistance in loading, please make plans to be there on May 22nd. After that day, no forklift will be available to aid in removal.
