The high internet pre-bid will earn the right to have their bids placed by the auction house during the live auction on February 18th, 2010.

| Terms: | INSPECTION: Wednesday, February 17th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
PAYMENT: Full payment required on the day following the auction (2/19/10) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. (A 3% discount will be given to payments in full in cash or cash equivalent.)
BUYERS PREMIUM FOR PRE-BIDDING: An 18% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all lots up to and including $1000 and an 8% Buyers Premium will be added to all lots purchased for over $1000. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% discount is available, see payment terms)
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M. Friday, February 19th between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.All information provided is believed to be correct but NO
