The high internet pre-bid will earn the right to have their bids placed by the auction house during the live auction on August 19th, 2010.

| Terms: | INSPECTION: Tuesday, August 17th & Wednesday, August 18th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
PAYMENT: Full payment required on the day following the auction (8/20/10) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. (A 3% discount will be given to payments in full in cash or cash equivalent.)
BUYERS PREMIUM FOR PRE-BIDDING: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $1000. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $1000 and is subject to all applicable sales tax. Buyers paying in cash, cashier check, wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% cash discount.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M. Friday, August 20th between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.All information provided is believed to be correct but NO
