This auction has staggered ending times. The first 2 lots will close at 5:30PM on September 2nd. 2 lots will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 2 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers' premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleChek, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at Roller & Associates office on September 3rd from 8:15am to 4:45pm or September 4th from 9am to noon.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility during the following times:
Friday, September 3rd from 8:15am - 4:45pm or Saturday, September 4th from 9am - Noon.

Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.

Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.

Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
