| Terms: | INSPECTION: Tuesday, May 21st from 10am - 4pm & Wednesday, May 22nd from 9am - 4pm at the auction location in Greenwood Village. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers' premium added to all purchases and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.) PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will only be taken at Roller Auctions office in Denver or online via credit card. NO payments will be taken at the auction location in Greenwood Village.
