This is an INTERNET ONLY auction with staggered ending times. The first 2 lots will close at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 24th. 2 lots will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% discount is available - see payment terms)

PAYMENT: Full payment required on Wednesday, August 25th from 8:30am - 4:30pm in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, pre-printed checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.)

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyer's expense and responsibility from:
Wednesday, August 25th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Thursday, August 26th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Friday, August 27th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.

Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.

Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
