This is an INTERNET ONLY auction with staggered ending times. The first lot will close at 2:00pm on Friday, May 17th. 1 lot will close every 2 minutes thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will be online only.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% reduction is available - see payment terms)

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Payments will be taken at the auction location on May 17th after the auction is over until 4:45pm & May 20th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 17th after the auction is over & May 20th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. No weekend removal.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except as follows: Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license; businesses with tax-exempt status. (Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction). Tax rate on non-titled items in 4.75%.

TITLES: All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee. This fee will be added to the bid price and is taxable. Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction. As a vehicle dealer we give temporary plates that are good for 60 days except in the following circumstances. In the state of Colorado, a temporary registration will NOT be issued to any person who cannot provide a Secure and Verifiable Identification. If the vehicle is being registered outside the state of Colorado, we will provide a 14 day temporary plate/registration. If the vehicle is a tow away, we will not give a temporary plate.

Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.

Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.

Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
