This auction has staggered ending times. The first item will close at 6:00pm on Monday, December 28th. 1 item will close every minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 5 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher. You may start placing your bids at any time.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% Buyers' Premium applied to all lots sold and is subject to all applicable sales tax. Buyers paying in cash, cashier check, wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% cash discount.

PAYMENT: Full payment required on Tuesday, December 29th from 9am - 4pm at the Lakewood auction location (7873 W. Jewell Ave.) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. A 3% discount off of the stated buyers premium will be given for payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.

REMOVAL: For Both Locations: Inventory and Product must be removed on Tuesday, December 29th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM and the Shelving must be removed on Wednesday, December 30th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Any items left past this date will be considered abandoned. Due to landlord constraints no exceptions will be made.
