This is an INTERNET ONLY auction with staggered ending times. The first 3 lots will close at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 5th. 3 lots will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.
|Terms:||INSPECTION: March 3rd & 4th from 8:15am - 4:45pm and March 5th from 8:15am - 12:45pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids. |
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction.
CREDIT CARD TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of this page.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% Buyers' Premium added to each lot purchased (3% reduction in the BP is available, see payment terms). All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax.
PAYMENT TERMS: After the auction is completed you will receive an email from email@example.com with your total amount which is due by 4:45pm on Thursday, March 6th. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automatically and a paid receipt emailed to them. If you'd like to have your card charged immediately after the auction and a paid receipt sent to you, please respond to the invoice email with your desire to have your card on file charged. You may pay at our office on March 6th from 8:15am - 4:45pm if that is your preference. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) Please Note: Our office is under construction - payments must be made in our temporary office trailer. Our temporary office trailer is sitting in the north end of our parking lot. To get to the trailer, once you turn in from York St. take an immediate left into our parking lot, do not drive through the open gate.
REMOVAL TERMS: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility on: Thursday, March 6th or Friday, March 7th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. There may be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up during the scheduled removal period.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (We must have a copy of your current license on file). (Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction). If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge your credit card on file and you will be charged the full tax amount. The tax rate for this auction is 4.75%.

Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.
Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.
Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
