| Terms: | INSPECTION:Monday, May 20th from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the auction location on S. Lipan Street. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in-person auction. BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% reduction is available, see payment terms.) PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments will only be taken at Roller Auctions office in Denver or online via credit card. NO payments will be taken at the auction location on S. Lipan Street. REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 21st & May 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No Exceptions. The tax rate is 7.62% at this auction location. Temporary tags will not be given for the vehicle sold in this auction because we are not a licensed automobile dealer at this location.
