This auction has staggered ending times. The first 5 lots will close at 9:00am on Thursday, May 16th. 5 lots will close each minute thereafter. Lots receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher. You may start placing your bids at any time.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in-person auction. Bidding will only be online at www.rollerauction.com

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers' premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks approved by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at the auction location in Littleton on Friday, May 17th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card. No payments will be taken at the auction location in Littleton after the 17th.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 17th through May 26th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Free Loading onto your trucks & trailers during the scheduled removal times. All Trees & Shrubs are Balled & Burlapped or In Pots. Delivery and planting options available. Call Wayne at 303.829.4799. (Per the Colorado Department of Agriculture these trees and shrubs cannot be shipped to CA, OR, WA, UT, MT, ID, NV, AR or NM.)
