| Terms: | INSPECTION: Tuesday, November 17th from 10am - 4pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the assets before placing any bids. PAYMENT: Full payment required on Wednesday, Nov. 18th from 1pm - 5pm or on Thursday, Nov. 19th from 8:30am - 4pm. Payments are required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. A 3% discount is given for payments of cash, wire transfer, cashier check, or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. On Thursday, November 19th, payments will only be taken at Roller & Associates, 7500 York St., Denver, Colorado 80229. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 3% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will not be any on-site bidding. REMOVAL: The items must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility on: Wednesday, November 18th from 1pm - 5pm Thursday, November 19th from 9am - 4pm Friday, November 20th from 9am - 4pm Removal through Friday, Nov. 27th on die cutters and larger items.
