We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. Inspection will also be available on Tuesday, Aug. 31st, from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. BIDDING: ALL BIDDING WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE INTERNET. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. PAYMENT: NO PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN ON AUCTION DAY. Full payment required on Wednesday, September 1st at the auction location (29481 US Highway 160, Durango) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.)
