Terms:	INSPECTION: Monday, January 25th from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Tuesday, January 26th from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. BIDDING: All bidding will be via the Internet BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. PAYMENT: Full Payment required on Wednesday, January 27th from 8:30am - 4:30pm at auction location (335 Centennial Pkwy, Louisville) in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% discount will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.
