| Notes: | This auction has staggered ending times. The first lot will close at 9:00am on May 7th. Lots will close at the rate of 1 lot per minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher. You may start placing your bids at any time. |
| Terms: | INSPECTION: Monday, May 6th from 8:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the auction location in Grand Junction. Please call Dave Reisman at 719-338-4496 if you need assistance finding each location. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. All sales are as is with no guarantees. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will be online only. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. PAYMENT: Full payment required on May 7th in credit card or bank wire transfer. Visa, MasterCard or Discover payments will be taken through our online credit card payment system. For bank wire transfer instructions, please call 866-515-1668 or email office@rollerauction.com. NO payments will be taken at the auction location in Grand Junction. REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 7th from 11:00am - 5:00pm and May 8th & 9th from 8:30am - 4:00pm.
