Terms:	INSPECTION: Monday, July 26th from 9am - 4pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. (3% discount is available - see payment terms) PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleChek, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
