Notes:	INTERNET ONLY AUCTION This auction has staggered ending times. The first 3 items will close at 6:00PM on Tuesday, February 9th. 3 items will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.
Terms:	BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 3% Buyers' Premium applied to all lots sold and is subject to all applicable sales tax. Note that those individuals paying in cash or cash equivalent will not be subject to the buyer's premium. SALES TAX: Appropriate sales tax (4.85%) will be collected. If you are in the business of reselling this type of equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale license at the time of payment to not collect the sales tax. INSPECTION: Monday, February 8th and Tuesday, February 9th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids. PAYMENT: Full payment required on Wednesday, February 10th from 8:30am - 4:30pm at Roller & Associates' office in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, pre-printed checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% discount.) Payment must be made to the offices of Roller & Associates in Denver, CO. REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers' expense and responsibility on: Wednesday, February 10th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
