SALES TAX: Appropriate sales tax (4.75%) will be collected. If you are in the business of reselling this type of equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale license at the time of payment to not collect the sales tax.
INSPECTION: May 20th from 8:15am - 4:45pm & May 21st from 8:15am - 12:45pm. Many Laptops & Computers Will Be Sold Without Hard Drives, Operating Systems or Batteries. While This Is Indicated On Some Lots, Roller and Associates Does Not Inspect Each Lot to Verify The Presence Of These Items, Bidders Must Inspect. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids.
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) Payments will be taken at the auction location on York St on May 22nd, 23rd & 24th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyer's expense and responsibility on: May 22nd, 23rd & 24th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. There may be a late fee of $25 for items not paid for and picked up by 4:45pm on May 24th.
