Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.
Terms:	BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 3% Buyers' Premium applied to all lots sold and is subject to all applicable sales tax. Note that those individuals paying in cash or cash equivalent will not be subject to the buyer's premium. SALES TAX: Appropriate sales tax (4.85%) will be collected. If you are in the business of reselling this type of equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale license at the time of payment to not collect the sales tax. INSPECTION: Monday, August 9th & Tuesday, August 10th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids. PAYMENT: Full payment required on Wednesday, August 11th from 8:15am - 4:45pm at Roller & Associates' office in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, pre-printed checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% discount.)
