This auction has staggered ending times. The first lot will close at 10:00am on December 13th. 1 lot will close each minute thereafter. Items receiving bids within 3 minutes of closing will remain open as long as there is active bidding. You may also place your maximum bid price and the system will bid for you up to your maximum bid but no higher.

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be NO live auction. Bidding will be online only.

BUYERS' PREMIUM: There is a 3% buyers premium. The buyers premium will be added to the bid price and is taxable. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.)

PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleChek, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments must be made by 4pm on Monday, December 17th. Hours are 8:15am - 4:45pm, we are closed on the weekend. Payments may also be made online via credit card.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility by 4:45pm on Tuesday, December 18th, 2012. Hours are 8:15am - 4:45pm. No weekend removal.

Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction.

All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee. This fee will be added to the bid price and is taxable.

Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with retail tax license; businesses with tax-exempt status.

Temporary Plate/Registration: In the state of Colorado, a temporary registration will NOT be issued to any person who cannot provide a Secure and Verifiable Identification. If the vehicle is being registered outside the state of Colorado, we will provide a 14 day temporary plate/registration.

Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.

Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.

Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
